The visor is great but the embroidery was slightly slanted. If it was even and straight across, I would rate 5 stars. Give me your order number and we will replace it for free.

Before you sell an item, let the customer know the visor is not adjustable. 95% of the ones we sell are adjustable. We did buy a few of the denim that have the elastic head bands. Sorry if this is the one you received, but as we stand behind our products, we will most certainly give you a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. Just simply return the item to us with an explanation as to why you returned it. We have no problem with this. we appreciate your business and thank you for this review.
This hat is awesome. It is a one size fit all so I don't have to worry about the velcro scraps ripping my hair out... I love this hat. I love all of pj'signs accessories.
