I’m very pleased with the look and quality of this hoodie. I thought that it would be thicker than it is. However this is a great hoodie and is perfectly good for 3 seasons,! and useful as a top layer in winter. It looks very professional. I would buy again.

Cannot get return label to exchange for smaller size. Marie, Sorry that you gave me a 1 star rating because I don't provide you with a return label for a smaller size. OK...let me put this in perspective. You pay me $29.95 for a hoodie. I pay about $19.00 for the hoodie, plus $5.00 for the embroidery. Now I have $24.00 in the garment. So I send you a return label that will cost me around $8.00+. Now I have invested $32 for for a hoodie you paid $29.95 for. How long do you think I could stay in business operating like this. Just sayin....

Nice but it took over 3 weeks to get a “priority” package from you From PJ's: The distributor was out of stock on either the color or size you ordered. You should have gotten a call from us explaining this. Evidently, you may not have received it. Sorry.
